Executive Leadership

Marcus brings 28 years of experience in power infrastructure development across North America and Europe. Previously SVP at Siemens Energy, he led the deployment of over 4 GW of mission-critical grid projects. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Wharton.

Michael is a leading authority in microgrid architecture and BESS integration. He has 25 years in Power Systems Engineering and has authored 40+ peer-reviewed publications. Before GridSync, he led systems engineering development at Integra and at Stellar Energy - Americas.

Tom oversees all EPC operations, project delivery, and supply chain strategy. With 22 years in large-scale construction management, he has delivered over $3B in infrastructure projects on time and on budget. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED AP certified.
Sandra leads GridSync's financial strategy, investor relations, and capital markets activity. She previously served as VP of Finance at NextEra Energy and brings deep expertise in project finance, tax equity structures, and energy transition investment. CPA and CFA charterholder.

James drives GridSync's market expansion across data center, healthcare, and federal sectors. He has closed over $1.2B in EPC contracts and built strategic partnerships with major OEMs including GE Vernova, ABB, and Schneider Electric. MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
Yuki bringing extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial transactions. With a strategic, business-oriented approach, she partners closely with executive leadership to mitigate risk, drive growth, and support long-term vision.
