Open Roles
Lead the design of high-voltage substation systems (69kV–500kV) for data center and utility clients. Develop single-line diagrams, protection & control schemes, and equipment specifications.
Manage full lifecycle EPC delivery for mission-critical power projects ranging from $10M–$150M. Coordinate engineering, procurement, and field construction teams to deliver on schedule and budget.
Design and commission battery energy storage systems for grid-scale and behind-the-meter applications. Work closely with OEM partners including Tesla, Fluence, and Powin.
Source and negotiate contracts for transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, and other critical power equipment. Manage vendor relationships with GE, ABB, Eaton, and Schneider Electric.
Oversee on-site construction activities for electrical infrastructure projects. Manage subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality standards are met across all phases of construction.
Drive new business with hyperscale and colocation data center operators. Build relationships with facility managers, develop proposals, and close EPC contracts in the $20M–$200M range.
Perform load flow, short circuit, arc flash, and harmonic analysis studies for utility and industrial clients. Support engineering teams with power quality assessments and grid interconnection studies.
Lead commissioning activities for medium and high-voltage electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS, and generators. Develop test plans and coordinate with OEM representatives.
